MARLIE is an AI-powered business assistant operated by MARLIE Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. MARLIE provides service businesses with AI team members that handle marketing, operations, sales, compliance, coaching, and other business functions.

2. AI-Generated Content

All content, messages, and recommendations produced by MARLIE are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated output:

• Is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Should be reviewed by you before acting on it or publishing it
• Does not constitute a professional-client relationship of any kind

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We recommend consulting qualified professionals for specific legal, financial, or regulatory matters.

3. Service Description

MARLIE provides AI team members on a subscription basis. Each team member operates within a defined scope (e.g. marketing, research, compliance, coaching). The service includes:

• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by MARLIE for your business is yours to use. You retain full ownership of your business data and any content created specifically for you. MARLIE retains ownership of its underlying technology, prompts, and systems.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of MARLIE after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
